About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to make a significant difference within a dedicated primary school in Bedfordshire. We are seeking a passionate individual ready to support pupils across various age groups, including those with Special Educational Needs. You will contribute to creating a stimulating learning environment and can choose from long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent contracts, offering excellent flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide invaluable classroom support to the class teacher.
* Work closely with individual pupils and small groups to facilitate their learning.
* Assist in the preparation and organisation of engaging learning resources.
* Help manage pupil behaviour effectively, fostering a positive environment.
* Support the integration and progress of pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Contribute to the overall well-being and development of all children.

About You
* You hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* You possess prior experience working within a primary school setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's educational journeys.
* Excellent communication skills allow you to connect effectively with pupils and staff.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and enjoy contributing to a collaborative team.
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
