We are seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a ambitious school in the South East, starting as soon as possible. This pivotal role involves overseeing lessons during teacher absence, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a productive classroom atmosphere for secondary students. We offer a competitive daily rate ranging from £145 to £160, with opportunities for various contract lengths, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent positions.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise whole classes effectively during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
* Ensure all students are engaged with the pre-set work provided for the lesson.
* Manage classroom behaviour proactively and consistently, adhering to school policies.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Communicate effectively with teaching staff regarding student progress or any encountered issues.
* Provide general support to the school's vibrant educational provision.
