We are seeking a dedicated Secondary Supply Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, ensuring continuity of education for pupils. This flexible role offers a variety of contract options, from daily and short-term assignments to long-term placements and even permanent opportunities, providing an excellent daily rate between £145 and £160, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons with enthusiasm and clarity across various secondary subjects.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
* Ensure all students remain engaged and on task, promoting a positive educational experience.
* Adhere diligently to each school's individual policies and safeguarding procedures.
* Provide constructive feedback to departmental staff regarding student progress and lesson completion.
* Maintain adaptability and professionalism when transitioning between different school settings.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate prior experience working effectively within secondary school environments.
* Exhibit strong classroom management abilities, maintaining an orderly and focused learning space.
* Show exceptional adaptability and resilience when engaging with new pupils and school routines.
* Hold a genuine passion for fostering student achievement and promoting a love of learning.
