About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Physics lessons across all secondary key stages.
* Develop innovative schemes of work that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Contribute actively to the wider departmental and school life, supporting extracurricular activities.
* Uphold the school's commitment to academic excellence and student well-being.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Physics or a related scientific field.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to teach Physics effectively across the secondary age range.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student engagement.
* Be adept at inspiring a curiosity for science and fostering academic achievement.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced professionals (MPS/UPS).
