Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver challenging, high-quality Science lessons that engage and motivate all learners.
• Cultivate an inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident to explore complex scientific ideas.
• Assess student progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to departmental initiatives.
• Contribute to the wider educational community by participating in extracurricular activities and school events.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievement, and behaviour, communicating with parents as required.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic background in Science.
• Demonstrate an unwavering passion for Science and the ability to inspire a love of learning in young people.
• Be adept at creating an engaging and supportive learning atmosphere for students of all abilities.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and a proactive approach to educational innovation.
• Whether an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced professional (MPS/UPS), you will be eager to make a significant contribution.
