About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic school, offering vital support across various primary classrooms and specialising in SEN provision. This role presents opportunities for long-term commitment, short-term assignments, or daily supply, with the potential for a permanent position, starting as soon as possible and offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110. You will play a crucial part in fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to individual pupils and small groups, facilitating their learning and engagement.
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, preparing resources and managing classroom activities effectively.
* Implement tailored strategies to support pupils with special educational needs, ensuring their full participation.
* Monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and contributing to assessment discussions.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
* Encourage positive behaviour and social development among pupils throughout the school day.

About You
* You possess prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary school setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for education and a strong desire to make a difference in children's lives.
* You have a proven ability to support pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* You communicate clearly and effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and eager to expand your skills.
