You will have the chance to deliver engaging cover across the full primary curriculum, inspiring young learners in diverse classrooms. We are seeking professionals eager to make an immediate impact, offering a variety of contracts from daily supply to long-term placements and even permanent opportunities, all starting as soon as possible with competitive daily rates between £145 and £160.
Key Responsibilities
* Expertly deliver pre-planned lessons, ensuring continuity of learning across various subjects and year groups.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to succeed.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies, fostering a respectful and productive educational space.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability, seamlessly integrating into new school environments and teams at short notice.
* Provide consistent and reliable cover, upholding high standards of teaching and learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.
* Build positive rapport with pupils and staff, contributing to the school's collaborative atmosphere.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a solid understanding of the primary national curriculum.
* You bring proven experience working across different primary key stages, showcasing versatility in your teaching approach.
