About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a dynamic school community, delivering exceptional education across various primary settings in Chelmsford. This vital role offers the flexibility of daily supply and short-term contracts within specialist SEN provisions, allowing you to apply your expertise with diverse pupil needs. You will provide essential support and continuity, ensuring positive learning experiences for children requiring additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning plans.
* Adapt teaching methods to effectively support a range of special educational needs.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies, promoting pupil wellbeing.
* Collaborate professionally with support staff and colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
* Monitor and accurately report on pupil progress, adapting strategies as necessary.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess proven experience working with primary-aged children with various SEN.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
* Be highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in varying school settings.
* Show a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs to achieve their potential.
* We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced MPS/UPS teachers.
