About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected primary school in the Dunstable area as a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. You will play a crucial role in supporting pupils with diverse special educational needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment within a mainstream setting. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals available for immediate starts, with varied contract options available to suit your circumstances, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110. Your commitment will directly contribute to the academic and personal development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one or small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other support strategies.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all children.
* Support pupils' social, emotional, and communication development effectively.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and the SENCO to monitor progress and adapt approaches.
* Help manage classroom resources and prepare learning materials as required.
