About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Cover Supervisor has arisen within a well-established school located in the thriving Wokingham area of Berkshire. This role offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, commencing as soon as possible. You will play a vital part in maintaining continuity of learning across secondary phases, stepping in for absent teachers to deliver pre-set work and manage classroom dynamics. This position commands a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, reflecting the importance of the role.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials effectively to diverse secondary age groups.
* Maintain a calm and focused learning environment for all students.
* Implement the school's behaviour policies consistently and fairly.
* Encourage student engagement and participation during lessons.
* Provide clear feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress and student conduct.
* Safeguard student well-being and report any concerns appropriately.

* Proven experience working with young people in an educational setting.
* Exceptional ability to build rapport and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
