Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating Science lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of a rigorous and engaging Science curriculum.
* Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that challenges and motivates all students.
* Participate in departmental meetings and wider school activities, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
* Uphold the school’s values and ethos, promoting high standards of behaviour and achievement.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it for ECT roles.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and the ability to inspire young minds.
