About the Role
A dedicated school is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teacher of MFL (French & Spanish) to join our vibrant secondary department. This permanent, long-term position commences in September 2026, offering a fantastic opportunity to inspire pupils in a dynamic learning environment. You will be instrumental in fostering a deep appreciation for languages and cultures among our students.

Key Responsibilities
* Planning, preparing, and delivering outstanding French and Spanish lessons across key stages.
* Assessing and tracking pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where all learners thrive.
* Contributing to the development of an engaging and effective MFL curriculum.
* Actively participating in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of every pupil.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and can teach French and Spanish to secondary pupils.
* Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced professional (MPS/UPS), you will be considered.
* A genuine passion for language acquisition and cultural understanding drives your teaching practice.
* You demonstrate the ability to engage, motivate, and challenge young people effectively.
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills are central to your professional approach.
* You are committed to your own continuous professional development and contributing to a team.
