About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a respected school in the Windsor area, contributing to the education of secondary phase students with special educational needs. You will be instrumental in maintaining continuity of learning across various adapted curriculum areas, supporting pupils on a daily supply or short-term basis. This role offers invaluable experience working within diverse specialist SEN settings, allowing you to broaden your professional expertise.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to secondary students with diverse special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching materials and strategies to meet individual pupil requirements across various subjects.
* Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment at all times.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff to ensure comprehensive student support.
* Assess and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback where appropriate.
* Uphold the school's commitment to high standards of education and pupil welfare.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience working within SEN settings.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of students with special needs.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience when transitioning between different school environments and pupil groups.
* Command strong classroom management skills, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
* Be committed to continuous professional growth and making a tangible difference to pupils' lives.
