We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to join a network of dynamic primary schools in the Loughton area of Essex. This varied role offers excellent flexibility, encompassing opportunities for daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term cover, and even permanent positions for the right candidate. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across all primary key stages, ensuring continuity of learning from Early Years Foundation Stage through to Key Stage 2. This position offers a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160 and is available for an immediate start, providing a wonderful chance to impact pupil development across diverse educational settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to pupils across various primary year groups.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Adapt quickly to different school policies, procedures, and curriculum requirements.
* Collaborate positively with existing teaching staff and support teams to ensure pupil progress.
* Plan and prepare lessons where necessary, utilising provided resources efficiently.
* Assess pupil learning and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within UK primary education.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability, thriving in diverse school environments and teaching varied age groups.
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills, maintaining an an orderly and productive learning atmosphere.
* Hold a genuine passion for fostering children's academic and personal growth.
* Possess the ability to build rapport quickly with pupils, staff, and parents.
