About the Role
An ambitious school in East London is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join their vibrant Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This rewarding opportunity offers flexibility, with options for long-term supply, short-term cover, or a permanent contract, commencing as soon as possible. You will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young pupils, laying strong foundations for their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver an exciting and developmentally appropriate EYFS curriculum.
* Create an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively, identifying individual needs.
* Foster positive relationships with parents and carers, supporting home learning.
* Collaborate with the wider school team to enhance the educational experience.
* Uphold the highest standards of pupil welfare and safeguarding at all times.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess recent experience within an EYFS setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education and pupil development.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively.
* Exhibit strong classroom management abilities, creating a positive learning atmosphere.
* Committed to continuous professional growth and reflective practice.
* A proactive team player with a creative and engaging approach to teaching.
