Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons to secondary pupils, inspiring curiosity across biology, chemistry, and physics.
* Develop comprehensive schemes of work and lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support academic and personal growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Science curriculum and share best practices within the department.
* Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities or enrichment programmes.
* Maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment, upholding high standards of behaviour and respect.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are ready to teach Science at secondary level, whether you are an Early Career Teacher or an experienced professional.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible and exciting manner.
* You are committed to creating an inclusive classroom where every pupil feels valued and challenged.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
* You are proactive in your professional development and eager to embrace new teaching methodologies.
* You are a team player who actively contributes to a positive and collaborative school culture.
