Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Chemistry lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
* Foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment that stimulates curiosity in science.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Contribute effectively to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies within the classroom and beyond.
* Participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a Chemistry specialism.
* Demonstrate a profound passion for teaching Chemistry and wider scientific principles.
* Exhibit a proven ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
