Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons to secondary school students, fostering a love for the subject.
* Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Assess student understanding rigorously and provide timely, constructive feedback to support their development.
* Contribute actively to the ongoing creation and refinement of exciting Science curriculum resources.
* Collaborate professionally with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and high-quality educational experience for all pupils.
* Maintain a stimulating and disciplined classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated to learn.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification valid for the UK.
* Your academic background includes a specialism in Chemistry, enabling expert subject delivery.
* You are capable of teaching General Science across the secondary age range with confidence.
* A genuine passion for inspiring students in Chemistry and fostering scientific curiosity defines your approach.
* You demonstrate a strong commitment to raising attainment and supporting the holistic well-being of all pupils.
