About the Role
Join a respected school in the South East seeking an exceptional SEMH Teacher to inspire primary pupils. This vital role involves teaching within a specialist SEMH primary setting, focusing on nurturing therapeutic relationships and effectively managing challenging behaviours. You will be instrumental in delivering engaging and tailored lessons that support the holistic development of every child. Opportunities are available for long-term, daily supply, or permanent contracts, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £150 to £250, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Cultivate strong, therapeutic relationships with pupils to foster trust and progress.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborate closely with support staff and external agencies to ensure comprehensive pupil care.
* Assess pupil progress diligently and contribute to their individualised education plans.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working with primary-aged pupils.
* You have a genuine passion for supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
* Your ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships is exceptional.
* You are adept at managing challenging behaviours with patience, understanding, and consistent strategies.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT), hold Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) status.
* You exhibit resilience, empathy, and strong communication skills to engage effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
