Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils with diverse special educational needs.
* Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and the SENCo to monitor pupil progress and well-being.
* Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom atmosphere for all learners.
* Help adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual pupil requirements.
* Encourage pupil independence and confidence in their learning journey.

* You possess experience working with primary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
