Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
* Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil attainment and inform future planning.
* Collaborate constructively with teaching assistants and wider school staff to support pupil development.
* Engage actively in continuous professional development opportunities provided by the school.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be eligible for ECT induction.
* Possess a genuine passion for inspiring young learners across the primary age range.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Show a proactive approach to your own professional development and learning.
* Exhibit strong organisational abilities and effective classroom management potential.
