Your focus will be on delivering crucial behaviour support, fostering emotional regulation, and expertly guiding pupils towards successful reintegration into their learning journey. This rewarding role offers a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120, reflecting your invaluable contribution to our inclusive learning community.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils experiencing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
* Assist in the effective implementation of individualised education plans and behaviour strategies.
* Support pupils with positive behaviour management techniques, promoting a calm and focused environment.
* Encourage the development of emotional regulation skills and resilience among pupils.
* Facilitate the smooth reintegration of pupils into classroom learning and activities.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to pupil welfare and progress.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience working with secondary-aged pupils, particularly those with SEMH needs.
* Exhibit a patient, understanding, and resilient approach to educational support.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and colleagues.
* Be proactive and adaptable in identifying and responding to individual pupil requirements.
* Hold a genuine commitment to fostering pupil well-being, personal growth, and academic achievement.
