* You possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged pupils with complex SEMH requirements.
* You demonstrate prior experience working effectively within an SEN or specialist educational setting.
* You exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effortlessly with children and colleagues.
* You display a consistently calm, patient, and resilient approach when navigating challenging situations.
* You hold relevant qualifications or professional training in supporting SEN pupils (desirable).
