A supportive school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary setting. This rewarding opportunity welcomes individuals qualified to Level 2 or 3, keen to make a significant impact on children's learning and development, including those with Special Educational Needs. We are open to discussing flexible contract arrangements, ranging from daily supply to long-term or even permanent positions, to find the perfect fit for our school community. Successful candidates can expect a daily rate of £95 to £110, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to pupils across various primary age groups.
* Collaborate closely with the class teacher to enhance learning experiences.
* Assist in the effective management of classroom resources and activities.
* Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive.
* Contribute to monitoring and reporting on pupil progress and development.
* Support pupils with diverse learning needs, including those requiring SEN provision.
About You
* Possess a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Demonstrate previous experience working within a primary school environment.
* Hold a genuine passion for fostering children's academic and personal growth.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and staff.
* Capable of working effectively as an integral part of a collaborative school team.
* Show initiative and adaptability in supporting dynamic classroom needs.
