About the Role
A dynamic primary school is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant team. This rewarding opportunity involves providing essential support within the Early Years Foundation Stage, contributing to a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. We are looking for an individual who can start as soon as possible, with flexible contract options available, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent roles, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS curriculum activities.
* Supporting individual children and small groups to foster their learning and development.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere through effective behaviour management.
* Preparing and maintaining learning resources and the classroom environment.
* Providing crucial support for children with Special Educational Needs, ensuring their individual requirements are met.
* Observing and recording pupil progress to inform future planning.

About You
* Demonstrable experience working with young children within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* A genuine passion for fostering early childhood development and learning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration.
* Ability to work proactively and independently, as well as an integral part of a team.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to daily tasks and changing classroom needs.
* Relevant qualifications or demonstrable commitment to professional development in education support.
