About the Role
A thriving school is actively seeking an exceptional Intervention Teacher to join its supportive primary team. This pivotal role involves designing and delivering targeted academic support across the Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, helping pupils overcome learning barriers. You will be instrumental in nurturing individual progress and fostering a positive learning environment for children who require additional assistance. We are looking for a professional ready for an immediate start, with various flexible contract arrangements available, offering a competitive daily rate ranging from £150 to £180.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated intervention sessions for small groups and individual pupils.
* Assess pupil learning and meticulously track progress, adapting strategies as necessary.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to ensure intervention aligns with classroom learning objectives.
* Develop individualised learning plans that cater to diverse educational needs.
* Create and prepare stimulating resources to enhance pupil engagement and understanding.
* Contribute to regular progress meetings, offering insights into pupil development.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience in a primary school setting.
* You have a proven track record of successfully delivering targeted interventions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* A strong understanding of the primary national curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches is essential.
* You are passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting every child's potential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable effective collaboration with colleagues and parents.
* You are adaptable, resilient, and proactive in identifying and addressing learning gaps.
