About the Role
A exceptional primary school in a vibrant Buckinghamshire community is seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their team immediately. This versatile role involves providing crucial planning, preparation, and assessment cover across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. We are offering a competitive daily rate between £150 and £180 for a professional who can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic environment, with various contract options available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to diverse primary age groups.
* Confidently manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Implement pre-prepared lesson plans effectively across a range of subjects.
* Collaborate positively with teaching assistants and wider school staff members.
* Contribute proactively to the overall vibrant and inclusive ethos of the school community.
* Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress to class teachers where appropriate.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education in the UK.
* Demonstrate proven experience teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and adults.
* Show a proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach to teaching and learning challenges.
* Hold a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and making a real difference.
* Maintain a commitment to continuous professional development and best educational practice.
