This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary of £21,890, commencing as soon as possible. You will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs across multiple school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide targeted support to students with identified additional needs.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement effective inclusion strategies.
• Assist in the delivery of interventions and tailored learning activities.
• Monitor student progress and contribute to assessment processes.
• Support the pastoral care and well-being of students.
• Maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Adapt support across various school environments.
About You:
• Previous experience in an inclusion or support role within a school setting is highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of diverse learning needs and strategies for support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting students.
• Flexibility to travel between different school sites.
