We are offering competitive daily rates ranging from £150 to £180, reflecting the importance of this impactful position.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver focused intervention programmes tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to identify learning gaps and track progress effectively.
* Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment that motivates pupils to succeed.
* Implement a range of strategies to support pupils across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Regularly assess pupil achievement, providing clear feedback and adjusting approaches as required.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing best practices for pupil development.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within a primary setting.
* Proven ability to plan and deliver highly effective intervention strategies across various subjects.
* A deep understanding of primary curriculum expectations from EYFS to KS2 is essential.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for unlocking every child's potential and overcoming learning barriers.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
