Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive behaviour management strategies for pupils with SEMH.
* Offer tailored emotional support to help students regulate their feelings effectively.
* Facilitate the successful reintegration of pupils back into the main learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement individual education plans.
