Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and well-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Ensure a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and engagement.
* Collaborate positively with teaching staff and support colleagues.
* Contribute to the school's commitment to high educational standards.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of individual learners.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrate experience teaching across the primary age range, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Exhibit strong classroom management abilities and a positive approach to pupil behaviour.
* Be adaptable and flexible, capable of quickly integrating into different classroom settings.
* Show a genuine passion for primary education and fostering pupil development.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
