Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Chemistry lessons across the secondary age range.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback for development.
• Contribute actively to the ongoing development and success of the Science department.
• Participate in extracurricular activities that enrich the pupils' learning experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare within the school community.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
• Demonstrate a profound passion for your subject and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Be an inspiring educator with a proven track record of motivating secondary pupils.
• Show a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere for everyone.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, pupils, and parents.
• Be dedicated to your own continuous professional development and contributing positively to the school's ethos.
