About the Role
Become an integral part of an exceptional primary school as an Intervention Teacher. This dynamic position involves delivering targeted academic support across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, fostering significant progress for pupils needing additional assistance. You will be instrumental in developing pupils' core skills and boosting their self-assurance within a nurturing learning environment. We are actively seeking professionals for various contract durations, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent opportunities, with an immediate start available and an attractive daily rate ranging from £150 to £180.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver highly effective intervention programmes for individual pupils and small groups across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Conduct thorough assessments to identify specific learning gaps and tailor support accordingly.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages pupil participation and engagement.
* Regularly monitor and record pupil progress, adjusting strategies to maximise impact.
