About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to join a dynamic network of flourishing primary schools located across the Burnham area of Buckinghamshire. This exciting opportunity offers flexible working arrangements, including daily, short-term, long-term, and even permanent placements, allowing you to choose assignments that suit your schedule. You will be responsible for providing high-quality cover across all primary year groups, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils, with a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons with enthusiasm and clarity across various primary key stages.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments, policies, and pupil needs.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating educational environment for all children.
* Collaborate professionally with support staff and colleagues within each school.
* Provide comprehensive feedback on pupil progress and any classroom observations.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the UK primary phase.
* Demonstrate recent experience teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport quickly.
* Be highly adaptable, reliable, and punctual in all professional engagements.
* Show a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and supporting their development.
* Hold a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
