Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver an inspiring and challenging EYFS curriculum that captivates young minds.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, identifying individual needs and facilitating crucial next steps for learning.
* Cultivate a vibrant, safe, and stimulating classroom where exploration and discovery thrive.
* Forge strong, collaborative partnerships with parents to support children's holistic development.
* Contribute actively to whole-school initiatives and engage in meaningful professional dialogue.
* Implement creative and adaptive teaching strategies to engage all learners across the Reception cohort.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate relevant, impactful EYFS teaching experience.
* Exhibit a profound passion for early years education and commitment to child development principles.
* Demonstrate exceptional classroom management, organisation, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Driven by a desire to ensure every child achieves their personal best in a supportive setting.
