About the Role
Join a innovative school seeking dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistants to enrich its primary provision. This dynamic opportunity involves providing crucial support to pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs, fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment. We are looking for individuals available for a variety of flexible contracts, spanning long-term engagements, daily supply needs, short-term projects, and potential permanent roles, with an immediate start available. Successful candidates will earn a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, reflecting their valuable contribution to children's educational journeys. Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups across the primary curriculum.
* Assist in the successful implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for children with SEN.
* Cultivate a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages active participation from all learners.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
* Contribute to the ongoing assessment and recording of pupil progress and attainment.
* Support the organisation and preparation of stimulating learning resources and classroom displays.

About You
* You possess a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Demonstrable experience within a primary school setting is essential.
