Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS learning experiences.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to children, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child can thrive.
* Prepare and organise resources and learning materials for daily activities.
* Monitor children's development and contribute to their ongoing assessment records.
* Support positive behaviour management strategies consistently throughout the day.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for early childhood development and learning.
* Demonstrate relevant experience supporting children in an EYFS or primary school setting.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with young children, staff, and parents.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working effectively as part of a dedicated team.
* Show a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
* Have a patient and encouraging approach, particularly when supporting children with additional needs.
