About the Role
We are seeking an inspiring Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join a progressive school, passionate about fostering a vibrant and supportive learning environment for its youngest pupils. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the foundational educational journey of children, instilling a lifelong love of learning and developing essential skills. We welcome applications for various contract types, including long-term, short-term, permanent, or daily supply arrangements, with a view to an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum, ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential.
* Cultivate a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged to participate.
* Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress and inform future teaching and learning.
* Collaborate proactively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupil development and well-being.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community, embracing its ethos and shared values.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a genuine passion for Key Stage 1 education.
* Applications are warmly invited from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced teachers at Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) levels.
* You have a proven track record of creating dynamic and inclusive learning experiences for young children.
* Your classroom management skills are exceptional, fostering a calm yet energetic environment.
* You are a reflective practitioner, committed to continuous professional development and personal growth.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
