Key Responsibilities

* Encourage pupils' independence and social development throughout the school day.
* Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress under teacher guidance.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children in their education.
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role is essential.
* A strong understanding of effective strategies for assisting pupils with special educational needs is highly valued.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect effectively with pupils and staff.
