About the Role
A supportive school is actively seeking dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teachers to provide vital cover within specialist secondary SEN settings. This challenging yet rewarding daily supply and short-term role involves facilitating learning across adapted curriculum areas, ensuring continuity and progress for students with diverse needs. You will play a crucial part in maintaining a stimulating and inclusive educational environment, responding dynamically to the unique demands of each assignment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to the specific learning requirements of students with Special Educational Needs.
* Manage classroom dynamics effectively, fostering a positive and respectful learning atmosphere in diverse settings.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behavioural support strategies with fidelity and compassion.
* Collaborate proactively with support staff to ensure comprehensive student welfare and academic progress.
* Maintain accurate records of student engagement and progress, providing concise handovers as required.
* Adapt quickly to different school procedures, timetables, and student cohorts on a daily basis.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant experience working with secondary-aged students with SEN.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied and dynamic classroom environments.
* Exhibit a deep understanding of diverse Special Educational Needs and effective differentiation strategies.
* Command strong classroom management skills, capable of inspiring and guiding students with complex needs.
* Hold a genuine passion for making a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable learners.
* Be available for daily supply and short-term assignments, ready to respond to immediate needs.
