Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver an engaging, play-based EYFS curriculum tailored to the needs of Reception pupils.
* Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and independent thought.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, identifying next steps to support individual development.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a strong sense of community.
* Contribute actively to school life, participating in events and continuous professional development.
* Ensure all children feel valued, supported, and confident in their learning journey.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* An ECT, MPS, or UPS teacher will be considered, bringing fresh perspectives or established expertise.
* You are passionate about early childhood education, with a commitment to child-centred learning.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effortlessly.
* A proactive and organised approach to classroom management and curriculum delivery is essential.
* You are a collaborative team player, eager to contribute positively to the school's inclusive culture.
