Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct, specialist support to primary pupils identified with SEMH needs.
* Successfully implement de-escalation strategies to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
* Deliver personalised mentoring, guiding pupils in developing essential social and emotional skills.
* Cultivate strong, positive relationships with pupils, fostering an environment of trust and respect.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Contribute proactively to team discussions regarding pupil progress and welfare.
