About the Role
A forward-thinking school is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join our vibrant primary team. This exciting opportunity is available for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or a permanent position, with an immediate start date. You will play a crucial role in shaping young minds within Key Stage 2, fostering a love for learning and academic growth in a supportive community.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement a stimulating curriculum for Key Stage 2 pupils.
* Assess, monitor, and report on individual pupil attainment and development.
* Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom atmosphere.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and fellow educators to enhance learning outcomes.
* Engage proactively with parents and carers to support pupil progress and well-being.
* Contribute positively to the wider school life and extracurricular activities.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within Key Stage 2.
* Applications are welcome from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced teachers at Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
* You are passionate about fostering curiosity and academic success in primary aged children.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management skills, promoting a respectful and focused learning environment.
* You are adept at differentiating lessons to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
* You are a strong communicator, capable of building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
