We are looking for someone available to start as soon as possible, with flexible contract options available, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent positions, offering a competitive daily rate of £90 - £115.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils with diverse complex learning needs.
* Assist teachers in delivering a highly adapted and engaging curriculum.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Promote the development of essential life skills and independence.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) effectively and consistently.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil progress.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs.
* Have previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils, particularly those with complex learning difficulties.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Hold relevant qualifications or training related to SEN support.
