Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver captivating Science lessons to a diverse range of secondary students.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to develop and enhance the Science curriculum.
* Actively participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Support the holistic development of all learners, ensuring their academic and personal growth.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate excellent classroom practice.
* Applications are warmly welcomed from Early Career Teachers, Main Pay Scale, and Upper Pay Scale candidates.
* You hold a genuine passion for Science and possess the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
