You will be responsible for teaching small groups of pupils with EHCPs, adapting the national curriculum to meet diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging lessons for small groups of primary-aged pupils with EHCPs.
* Tailor the national curriculum to individual pupil needs, ensuring accessibility and progression.
* Develop and implement personalised learning plans and strategies to support pupil development.
* Collaborate effectively with Teaching Assistants, providing guidance and support within the classroom.
* Liaise proactively with therapists and external professionals to integrate specialist interventions.
* Foster strong partnerships with families, providing regular updates on pupil progress and well-being.

* Possess relevant qualifications such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
