About the Role
Join a dynamic school community in Reading, Berkshire, as a dedicated PPA Teacher. This exciting opportunity involves providing essential planning, preparation, and assessment cover across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. We are seeking enthusiastic educators who can seamlessly integrate into various classroom settings, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to primary pupils. This role offers flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even a permanent position for the right candidate, with an attractive daily rate between £150 and £180, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, inspiring lessons across all primary year groups.
* Provide effective PPA cover, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse pupil needs and different classroom dynamics.
* Collaborate effectively with year group teams and fellow teaching staff.
* Maintain excellent standards of pupil behaviour and engagement.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education.
* Demonstrate proven experience teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for pupil development and educational excellence.
* Show excellent classroom management and organisational abilities.
* Be highly adaptable, flexible, and capable of thriving in varied settings.
* Hold a strong commitment to promoting an inclusive and supportive school culture.
