About the Role
An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a flourishing primary school in the West Midlands. You will be instrumental in supporting pupils with diverse special educational needs, fostering their learning and development within a vibrant classroom environment. We are seeking committed individuals for immediate starts, with flexible contract options ranging from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term and permanent positions, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups with SEN.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to implement learning plans.
* Assist in adapting educational resources to meet diverse needs.
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children.
* Monitor and report on pupil progress and engagement.
* Encourage independent learning and social development skills.

About You
* Proven experience working with children, particularly within a primary school setting.
* Demonstrated understanding and experience of supporting pupils with SEN.
* Exceptional patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to education.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils and staff.
* A proactive and adaptable attitude, ready for varied challenges.
