About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and challenging Design and Technology lessons across Key Stages.
* Plan, prepare, and assess stimulating curriculum content that ignites pupil interest.
* Maintain a safe and organised classroom and workshop environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Monitor pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.
* Uphold high standards of behaviour and academic achievement within your lessons.

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to embark on a fulfilling journey.
* Demonstrable expertise and a genuine passion for Design and Technology.
* Ability to inspire and motivate secondary school pupils of all abilities and backgrounds.
* Strong classroom management skills coupled with a commitment to pupil welfare.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and parents.
* A proactive approach to professional development and continuous improvement in your teaching practice.
