This dynamic primary school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher to join our vibrant Early Years team. This rewarding opportunity is available on a variety of contracts, including daily supply, short-term, long-term, or a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be paid to scale, reflecting their experience and commitment to early years education.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and implement an inspiring Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Cultivate a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all children.
* Effectively assess and monitor each child's development and achievements.
* Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and fellow team members to enhance educational outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the UK.
* Possess demonstrable experience teaching within an EYFS Reception class setting.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
* Show a commitment to creating an exciting and supportive learning atmosphere.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be a proactive and reflective practitioner, eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
